Products Available for Refund Under Standard Terms (within 30 days of purchase):

  • Titan Email
  • Priority Support
  • NordVPN 6 and 12-month plans
  • Minecraft (Game Panel) VPS (except upgrades)
  • KVM VPS (except upgrades)

Products Not Available for Refunds:

  • Redemption Fees
  • Domain Name Renewals
  • Domain Name Transfers (if the transfer is successful)
  • Privacy Protection
  • SEO Toolkit  
  • SEO Marketing Panel
  • Google Workspace Email  
  • VPS License
  • Upgrades for Minecraft (Game Panel) VPS
  • Upgrades for KVM VPS

Important Notes:

  • Any products or services suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abusive usage violate our Terms of Service and are not eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests showing signs of abusive usage (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding services).

Products with Special Refund Terms:

  • New Domain Name Registrations: Refundable if canceled and processed within four days of registration (96 hours), except for specific country code top-level domains (ccTLDs) listed below. These ccTLDs have a seven-day refund window:
    • .br (including .com.br and .net.br)
     
  • The following ccTLD registries DO NOT permit refunds upon cancellation: (List remains the same as Hostinger’s policy)
  • Domain Name Transfers: Refundable only if the transfer is unsuccessful and processed within the same timeframe as new domain registrations (as specified above).

Refunds for Special Deals:

Similar to Hostinger, if cpop hosting offers special deals with free domains, we reserve the right to refund the difference between your paid amount and the domain’s value instead of a full refund.

Payment Methods with Special Refund Terms:

We recommend reviewing the policies of your chosen payment processor before purchase. Some methods have limitations or may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

Refunds to Balance:

Our standard practice is to issue refunds to the original payment source. However, you can choose to receive a refund to your cpop hosting balance for immediate use on other services. Please note that once a balance refund is initiated, it cannot be reversed or refunded to another source.

Refunds from Balance:

Over-funded balances can be refunded within 30 days of the original payment. In special cases, other payments within the 30-day timeframe might be refunded instead.

Chargebacks:

Similar to Hostinger’s policy, chargebacks may result in account termination and data loss. We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback to avoid these consequences.
